Empowerment
We believe every Christ-follower has spiritual gifts that, when used, bring glory to God and build up the church. We are committed to helping people discover their gifts & abilities, be equipped, and encouraged to become difference-makers in Christ’s kingdom. We believe that people are created to be involved in God’s mission on earth & so we seek to become a community of servants.

Leadership Development
We believe also that the church should be consistently recognizing, challenging, equipping, and commissioning potential kingdom leaders. The church rises and falls on its leadership. We believe that prioritizing the development of spiritual leaders reflects Jesus’ ministry, the New Testament church, and the Bible as a whole. Growing spiritual leaders makes spiritual multiplication possible...people developing people, small groups birthing new groups, and churches planting new churches. The spiritual gift of leadership is essential for effective churches.
