Authenticity

Creating a “come as you are” culture is non-negotiable for us. Genuine authenticity helps create an environment of openness, honesty, and freedom. Authenticity is both disarming and refreshing. No one has to pretend to be any more or any better than they are...this is true of those in leadership as well as those who’ve just walked in off the streets. None of us is perfect—none.  God accepts us exactly as we are and longs to help us become more. Reflecting that same acceptance is our passion.  We believe authenticity is necessary for wholeness.
