Cultural Characteristics
Cultural Characteristics are those less tangible attributes in an organization that define what people “feel” and “sense” while they are there. Cultural Characteristics are what create the environment and atmosphere that we experience when we attend a church, hang out with a group of people, or participate in an event. Although they are invisible and less measurable, cultural characteristics are easily perceived and mysteriously powerful. We are committed to maintaining cultural characteristics that help create the right “soil” for life-change to happen.
