Sheila's Story
"I was born and raised as catholic but to tell you the truth, I know very little about religion. Where I grew up there was no Sunday school for the kids so I attended the Sunday service with my parents. It was very boring and I could not wait for it to be over. I've been avoiding being part of any church for many years but I felt sort of a spiritual gap...Then one day I met a couple from Ridgeline, I thought the idea of "come as you are" church was approachable...especially for someone who does not have religion connections for more than a decade. I really like the small group meeting at my leader’s home. I had the chance to get to know people better from my community. It is just wonderful to see the job Ridgeline is doing, how they help everyone and how accessible they are. I'm inspired by their actions."
